• Specialist Lawyers’ Regulation (Fachanwaltsordnung – FAO)
• Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz – RVG)
• Rules of Professional Conduct for Lawyers of the European Union (CCBE)
• Anti-Money Laundering Act (Geldwäschegesetz – GwG)

PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

Professional liability insurance is maintained on a worldwide basis with Nürnberger Versicherung, Ostendstraße 100, 90334 Nuremberg, www.nuernberger.de. The existing insurance coverage meets the minimum requirements of § 51 BRAO.

Markulf Behrendt is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Attorneys-at-law are exempt from this obligation pursuant to § 36 para. 1 VSBG.
